Client Support - Your Account Manager

Your Account Manager is your primary point of contact for everything related to your digital products. This includes digital strategy, ad performance, website edit requests, and ongoing optimization. Their role is to understand your goals, help solve problems, and coordinate communication across our internal teams on your behalf. For most needs, starting with your Account Manager ensures the fastest and most effective support. Jeff and Sean focus on high-level business and marketing strategy, Shannon oversees anything related to the magazine, and Julie manages ad design and creative. Not all clients are assigned an Account Manager. Account Managers are typically introduced approximately 60 days after a campaign begins and are provided based on specific products and service qualifications. If you do not yet have an assigned Account Manager, this is expected, and you will be guided accordingly as your campaign progresses.

Abby Kintz

Abby a digital marketing professional, with a strong passion for helping clients achieve their business goals. She earned my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Outside of work, She enjoys traveling, following sports, and I love attending live concerts, and spending time anywhere warm, especially if there’s a beach!
